Sultan Mohiuddin, FCA

     Sultan Mohiuddin is a founding partner of the firm. He specializes in business set up consultancy and Income Tax matters.He has represented Corporates as well as High Net worth individuals before the Income Tax (Including Appellate) and Foreign Trade Authorities. With prior experience of working with well-established firms, he also has vast exposure to the matters of Statutory and Internal Audits, especially in the Hospitality, Automotive and Information Technology Sectors. He also has a pre-qualification experience of about 2 years with one of the Top IT companies.

Lohith C. B., FCA

     Lohith CB is a founding partner of the Firm. He specializes in rendering advisory, planning and compliance services for corporate entities. He is also involved in conducting statutory and Tax Audits. With a strong technical and academic background, he excels in interpreting complex laws. With his prior associations with a well-established firm, he has achieved vast exposure to Special Audits like Bank Audits, Excise Audit and Audits monitored by CAG. He has represented several corporate clients before the IDT Authorities. His sectoral expertise, among others include Retail, Automotive manufacturing and Furniture.
